I am an ex army officer and have a handgun me at home apart from a semi automatic rifle as well. I clean the weapons every week to keep them in prime condition. Last week as I was cleaning my handgun I did not notice that there was a round in the chamber which went off accidently hitting a passing car. There were no injuries but the owner of the car refused to accept my explanation and has filed a case of attempted murder against me. I need a lawyer to defend against this case
