Case Description:
My sister had left her property in a trust naming her husband's brother as a trustee to take care of her children. Her children have complained that their uncle is not giving them anything and is also avoiding presentation of any accounts when asked. They want me to take over as a trustee of the property. I do not know if this can be done and want a lawyer to help me out in the matter
