I am being paid an amount less than what has been agreed between me and my employer. My employer is not located in the country and it is his manager who takes care of these things. He has a habit of making deductions in the wages of people with any explanations and I have been facing the brunt of his actions. Can I take action against this person alone without affecting my employer in anyway as he is a nice person
