Our ex employee left our employment. When he was in our employment he was allowed to use a corporate credit card and we paid all the charges. Once he left we wrote to the company to inform them that he was no longer our employee. He is still using the credit card a month after leaving us and the company has sent us a notice of the charges for his expenses. We want a good lawyer to help us.
