I am a musician and was all this time engaged in creating music with a partner of mine. We have now broken up and in doing so had agreed that all creations that we had jointly created would never be used. An agreement to that effect also exists between us. Now I have come across some music stores selling the music that we had created as partners in direct contravention of the agreement that we had. I would like to claim damages for the infringement from my ex partner and need a lawyer for the case
