Ex’s family refuses to pay support

Case Description:
When we divorced my ex and I made a separation agreement. My ex was very ill at the time. By the agreement we agreed that he would make arrangements to pay support in case he dies. My ex died but his family refuses to pay me support saying that support is terminated on his death. I want the help of a lawyer.
