My daughter goes to the same school as my neighbor’s son. They are friendly with each other though they do have some arguments recently. Recently my daughter has been harassed by the kid and I'm not sure how to go about stopping it. When I stepped in I was threatened as well.

I'm thinking of serving the parents with some sort of legal paper that might deter the son from harassment. Looking for some help on this.
