Case Description:
I had a hard fall in my office when I tripped over a piece of wire that was lying around. I have banged myself against a table and have an injury against my chest and face. I have had to take some days off for which I have also lost wages. I would like to claim all the wages that I have lost and also cost of medical treatment that I am forced to spend.
