Case Description:
I work in the kitchen of a large hotel. Last week one of my colleagues dropped a pail of scalding water that she was carrying on my feel leading to burns. I am now in bed getting treated and would like to know if this will be treated as a workplace injury. Can I get compensated for the losses that I am facing
