Sliped and fell at work and hurt the ulmnar nerve. had surgery and moved the nerve from the the back of the elbow to the front. What I found appauling is that my supervisor took her time reporting it to workmans, she waited long enough to put the report in that I had to postpone the surgery for apox an exta month wich in itself I feel was gross negligence on her part. then it was a mad rush when the second appointment came around boiled down to the last few days before I got a response from there Insurance company. was workn for a temp agency followed there rules and regulations to the T so now fighting with there insurance company and wondering Do I have the right to go after this company. for them taking there sweet time.
Now i find out that I have to wait for there insurance company that it was my responisbility to make sure that they get all paper work in to them so that I get paid. was receiving a check every week but because they havent heard nothing from the doctors its been temp suspended. called the docs they said they havent recieved a phone call from the insurance company but faxed the information out to the company so then we get a call from the company stating that they havent recieved all that they need. but in the meantime I didnt recieve any letter or anything stating that it would be suppended temporarily.
