Case Description:
My husband needed a kidney transplant. He was a diabetic to boot. Doctors did not pay attention to his condition with diabetes and went ahead with the surgery. The transplant was successful but my husband died because of a worsening diabetic condition. I want legal advice about suing the doctors for medical malpractice
