There is this corporation in San Jose which claims that I am using their trademark to run my business. I have a trademark of my own that is registered and is not in contravention with any trademark either current or past. The only similarities that we have in common are the colors which look alike. But other than that everything is different and there is nothing similar. I will need a lawyer to defend against this claim as this corporation is looking for a huge sum of money from me from this case
