Case Description:
I have been given custody of my child after a battle for divorce and my ex husband has been ordered to pay child support. I feel that any future boyfriend that I have would not like to care for my child as well and therefore want to return the child to my ex husband. I want a lawyer to make an application on my behalf about this matter with the courts
