My name is Hannah and I have been living on my own since the day I turned 18. I have three other siblings who are still living with my parents. Two weeks ago I went to visit my parents and stayed with them for two weeks. I noticed my youngest sister’s stomach has some bruises on it. I saw it when she was trying to reach something from the cupboard as her shirt was lifted a little. I went ahead and ask her what that was and she just told me she slipped. I ask my mom about it and she too just told me she slipped and bruised herself. Later that day as I become suspicious, I went to check on her while she was sleeping and lift her shirt up and see how bad the bruise was but to my surprise it look like an iron was purposely placed on her stomach and I saw some bite marks on areas around her nipples. My sister is only 11 years old and she is not acting normally like any other kids her age. I have already made an inquiry regarding the incident with some of our neighbors and some refuse to talk but some give a hint of child abuse going on in my family. I know this will bring shame to my family but my younger sister’s welfare is all I care about. I have already notified social services and child welfare regarding the matter. I am more than willing to file a case against whosoever is inflicting harm on my younger sister. I need a lawyer who can help me with this.
