Case Description:
I was stopped for a check at 10:15 PM in the evening when my insurance was still valid. It was past midnight when the officers finally got close to checking my papers and noticed that the insurance had expired by then. They have given me a ticket which I do not agree with. Had they been faster I would not be required to pay a penalty. I want a lawyer to have this ticket dismissed
