Landlord harassing me as I look meek

Case Description:
I am a person with a small build and stay in a rented apartment. Due to the small nature of my build my landlord has taken the view that he can harass me whenever he wants and is doing so causing me great distress. I would like to have this treatment stopped and am looking for legal advice about how this can be achieved
