I had made it a point to have a lease contract that mentioned I would be given month to month payment options without comittment after completion of a year term. It is over a year since I moved in. I have been asking my landlord to let me exercise that option. However I am being stalled and asked to renew the lease for another year. Can I have the clause in the original lease enforced? If so how can this work...
