Manager making lewd comments

Case Description:
For the past one month my manager has been making lewd comments at me and on occasions has been on the verge of being vulgar. I do not like such behavior and have reported the matter to the HR. They have however asked me to stay quite about it as he is the manager of the unit. I cannot take it any more and want a lawyer to provide some advice about the future course of action that I can take
