Case Description:
I started my first new business 2 months ago and was convinced by PNC Banks Merchant Serveice Rep to take on a lease. The rep said it would only cost $52 a month for the service, and fees of 65 cents to a dollar per credit card swipe.....Well Im sure I don't have to tell you that I'm paying about a hundred and fifty a month because of fees never disclosed to me before signing.....I know I signed the lease but there has to be something that can be done....I already contacted the BBB and wrote to the attorney general....I'm from Scranton Pa and am in need of either a lawyer or some advice....And for future note that is the least of the problems I have had with this Mrechant Service, like they breached the contract theirselvs.....Please Help
Thank You
