Case Description:
The online dealer had guaranteed money back if not satisfied with the products within 30 days of purchase. I was not satisfied and have been asking for my money back. All I am getting in return are questions about what I had done and suggestions about doing things differently. I do not want any of that. I just want my money back as guaranteed. How can I get them to repay me
