My assets need to be taken care off

Case Description:
As I am growing old I am sitting on a bunch of assets that are quite valuable and will need to be taken care off. I cannot trust my wife or children to do it on their own and would rather appoint an independent trustee to take care of the same. I would appreciate help from a lawyer to get me one and also prepare the trust that is required
