Case Description:
I am a dress designer and had just finished the designing of a new set for the summer. However I find that one of my colleagues has already stolen copies of my designs and sold them off to a competitor. They will be going into production shortly. My designs have a copyright license issued against them and cannot be copied. I would therefore like to sue any person who tries to match them in any way
