Case Description:
My car is old. The seat belt in broken. I had not replaced it as I rarely use the car. Last time I used it I got stopped and charged for driving without a belt. I have since scrapped the car and sold it off. I do not intend buying another car as I do not have the money. Do I still need to settle this ticket as I never hope to drive again in my life
