Case Description:
There is a clause in the partnership deed that was prepared which says that no partner will make cash withdrawals without first justifying causes. Here I have instances where cash has been withdrawn without even a reason being provided. This is in direct contravention of the clause that has been incorporated in the agreement. I want legal advice over how this can be stopped
