I have been running a franchise with the help of a partner for the last two years. I have now reached a decision that the partnership is not working out and have held discussions about the same with my partner. We have decided that it is best that we dissolve the partnership and go our own ways. We would like to have a business lawyer who will be able to take care of the job for us
