I was hired as an assistant manager at liquor store about 12 years ago. About 2 years later the owner approached me and told me he thought I was a good employee and told me he was going to make me a 10% stockholder. I just left the buisness on bad terms and I wanted to know what I was entitled to if anything. I think the owner might have made me a stockholder for tax purposes.
