Case Description:
I live in New Jersey. In July 2004 I was cited for speeding and driving on a suspended license in Maryland. I was appointed a public defender whom I informed that I wouldn't be able to travel for the case.I was told not to worry because they knew the judge and I never heard from them again. In December of '04, I was informed that a warrant had been issued for my arrest.
