On a two lane road, downhill, without pressing gas or brake, car accelerated reaching what the officer said was 51 mph (in a 30 mile zone). This area is a typical spot where NYPD often sits there knowing that unless brakes are applied, you will always go beyond 30 mph. The total point are 6 (if i was ticketed at 50 mph, points would be 3). I am willing to pay a fine, but six points would stop me driving to work (from NY to King of Prussia, PA)

What makes matters worse is that I received another ticket for folowing too close by an officer is Staten Island. Not even funny since I have a Honda Civic Hybrid and it accelerates 0-40 in 15 seconds with its 1.1 liter engine.
