First of all, ive been employed at this place for almost 2 years, i have 20+ years in the industry (think its the reason for being terminated, people around here in hire up positions feel threatened by employees with more experience fearing that there position is a threat) any way, i have been told by others she didn't like me. I was working there before her and asoon as she got to know me she has made my life misserable there, i was a good employee, stuck to my work, didn't mingle with the other workers but yet she couldnt find a good enough reason to write me up so she would write me up for petty things. At one point i was being bullied by other workers and brought it to her attention and what happen she stuck up for them so i kept my mouth shut and continued on with my daily work for weeks at a time.. the bullying continued so i brought it higher than her, she made it her point to attend this meeting with the higher ups in wich she made me look like a total fool and stuck up for the bullyiers. To make this short and simple... ive over heard by others she was gonna find a way to terminate me, other supervisors were put on the alert as well to do the same. I believe in green and recycling and at work i have a pail thats written on it "please put empty bottles and empty cans in here" so that when i was off the clock i would collect them. The first time i had punched out went to the lunch room and collected the empty cans and bottles and went to my truck and put them in there, when i returned i was written up for it. The next time i said ok, i will do it when im going home so at the end of my shift i punched out collected the bottles and cans outside the premises and the next day i was written up. I was told that they cannot do that so the next time i punched out i went to collect the cans and bottles and when i returned and punched back in i was written up and told i was suspended for the rest of the day. The next day i returned to work i was terminated. I was also told by others there that they will fight and not pay to anyone unemployement insurance. Since this woman has been there little more than a year she has had a huge turn around in employees leaving or being fired than the place has had in its history, she is abusive, and she gets a thrill of doing what she does just bcoz shes dating the owners brother, she wouldn't even give me a chance to talk just starts yelling at me and labeling me guilty no matter what anyone said, i was even written up for something i didn't do that someone said they saw me do and the company even looked on the video tape recording and found no evidence of me doing it and the person who accused me was even fired the next day. I was told that the human resource officer was thrown out of the unemployement court bcoz they feel they don't have to pay anyone anything and thats what the judge told her so i need my case represented. There has to be a law to put to a stop what this woman is doing, in one case they started a program that would award employees of the month prizes, one woman who had been working there spoke out and said that only pets would get these prizes and low and behold a few days after she was fired after 25 years of service and for speaking out the truth but human resource remains to be blind eyed bcoz of the relationship of the supervisor to the owners.
