Who can I hold resonsible for the accident

Case Description:
Two weeks ago I was caught in the midst of a rioting group of teenagers who were fighting each other and in the melee that followed I was injured as some of them pushed me into the ground and stomped over me. I know the boys as they all stay close to my place but there was no report filed and there are no reports available about the incident. I am in need to make a recovery for the injuries that I suffered and would like to know who I can claim it from. Can I have some legal advice on my case please
